G-Dragon’s new music video received over five million hits in only four days.
On September 1, G-Dragon released a music video of his new song, “That XX.” This music video is currently attracting a lot of attention, receiving over five million hits on YouTube in only four days.
The music video is also attracting a lot of attention in many European countries. The lyrics of the song are translated into several languages. Many fans of G-Dragon are also showing their interest in the music video by making UCC.
A soft melody and unconventional lyrics of the song are especially attracting a lot of attention. Kim Jenny, a member of YG Entertainment’s new girl group, is also appearing in the music video as G-Dragon’s lover.

SNSD’s Jessica participated in the soundtrack of The Great King’s Dream.
Jessica recently finished recording the main theme song of KBS TV’s new drama series The Great King’s Dream.
On September 2, part of “Heart Road” was released in the special episode of the series and attracted a lot of attention. Several writings and videos about Jessica’s participation in the soundtrack of the series were uploaded on online community boards and YouTube.
“Heart Road” is composed by Kim Jun Bum, who composed the soundtrack of Hong Gil Dong, “If,” which was sung by SNSD’s Taeyeon, in collaboration with music director Lee Chang Hee.
Jessica has participated in the soundtracks of Romance Town and Violent Romance. “Heart Road,” a soundtrack ofThe Great King’s Dream, will be released on September 7 at noon.

SS501′s Park Jung Min has made his official Japanese debut with Give Me Your Heart.
Park Jung Min has gone a different route from those who have debuted in Japan before him. Instead of using his Korean name, Park Jung Min has fashioned a new ‘identity’, so to speak, for himself when he promotes in Japan. He will be promoting under the name of ROMEO, and as he describes, who is his alter-ego and comes out when Park Jung Min is sleeping. From the looks of it, ROMEO will embody a darker and more gothic look and feel.

T-ara receives 700 million won guarantee for Hong Kong showcase



T-ara will start performing abroad by holding a showcase in Hong Kong.
The group will hold a large scale showcase at a Star Hall in Hong Kong on September 18.
A total of 3,000 tickets for the showcase were completely sold out. T-ara is considering making 500 to 1,000 additional seats of standing stage for those who are still asking about the showcase.
A spokesperson for the group says, “We decided to hold a showcase in Hong Kong because local promoters asked us to. We received a 700 billion won guarantee for the showcase.”
Many officials in the show business, advertisement world, and East Asian agents will attend the showcase.
T-ara will appear in the September 6 episode of Mnet’s M Countdown to perform their new song.

Wonder Girls begin Asian tour in Singapore



Girl group Wonder Girls, composed of five girls, will begin their Asian tour.
The Wonder Girls will start touring Asia on September 8  and will visit five Asian countries, including, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, for three months.
This is their second Asian tour after their first tour as a girl group in 2007. The Wonder Girls said hello to their fans in Singapore, the first country that they will visit, through their official Twitter account.
In the picture, group members are posing together and holding papers to tell information about their concert. The phrase ‘WG love SG’ expresses their affection towards their fans in Singapore.
The Wonder Girls will meet 25,000 Asian fans in total through their Asian tour. Since they earned nickname ‘Performance Girl Group’ by constantly holding their concerts, they will give customized performances in each country.
The agency, JYP Entertainment, says, “The concert will respect each country’s characters and traditions the most. Through the concert, the Wonder Girls will establish themselves as the best girl group.”

Oppa Oppa Magazine , the Italian webzine



Recently we’ve said that also the Italian media have begun to talk about K-Pop. This is a little beginning but someone ,who writes only about it , in Italy already exists.
We are talking about : “Oppa Oppa Magazine”, an Italian web-magazine. It was created by Masayume Pachirisu some months ago because she would have liked to work on a magazine dedicated only to K-Pop,for the Italian fans. After having the support of her friend Rei (both are in charge of the creation of articles and of the graphics), also an other member has entered in the official staff, Keysama (she writes articles too). In the end there are also Lalychan89 (who takes care of the section about the Korean culture since she studies Korean and has already visited the beautiful Korea),Ome and Dave (who help the team writing articles for the other sections of the magazine). Moreover the magazine can count on the help of other contributors,who occasionally write some articles.
Oppa Oppa Magazine talks about everything : introduces the different groups writing always the most important infos , writes the comebacks of the month , talks about the rookie groups , reviews the albums , has a section for the dramas and many other topics!
Thanks also to the captivating graphics and the diligence of the team it has reached a good success,which is shown on the number of fans on its Facebook page.
The first meeting of “Oppa Oppa Magazine” is on the 9th of September in Milan (the meeting-place is the square in front of the Cathedral of Milan at 11 a.m.). There will be surprises, games with K-Pop prizes and many other things, of course everyone (K-Pop fans,no-fans, Italians and also foreign people) can take part in it! SNSD to hold 14 concerts in 6 different cities for 2013 Japan Tour




Japanese SONEs have much to rejoice, for SNSD will be coming to visit them with their 2013 Japan Tour!
Last week, it was announced that SNSD would embark on their second Japan tour next year and the official fansite has now released the tour schedule.
The Japan Tour will hit 6 different cities and fans can watch SNSD a total of 14 times during the two month tour, which will run from February 9th to April 10th. While tickets cost 9,500 yen, those who are officially in SNSD’s fanclub will receive priority when it comes to ticket sales.

Leeteuk says, “Siwon is much richer than you imagine”



Super Junior’s Leeteuk recently disclosed about how rich Siwon’s family is.
On the episode MBC’s Golden Fishery―Radio Star that aired on September 5, Super Junio’r Leeteuk, Eunhuk, Shindong, and Siwon appeared and provided lively entertainment.
The Super Junior leader opened up about the wealth of Siwon’s family, saying, “That’s more than known to public. It’s overwhelming. His family could buy MBC.”
He added, “Once I gave him a ride home. There are several houses rather than one.”
Shindong also agreed, “Siwon is the no. 1 richest idol.”
Meanwhile, Siwon was covetous of Kyuhyun’s emcee position at Radio Star, which made him nervous.
