A boy group of seventeen members by Pledis is coming soon

A boy group of seventeen members is coming soon.
Agency Pledis, representing Son Dam Bi, After School, NU’EST, and others, are preparing the debut of a boy group. Seventeen (the group’s tentative name), consisting of seventeen members, aims to make its debut later this year.
The group with the most members so far, is SM’s Super Junior, which aims to advance overseas markets. However, Seventeen, consisting of seventeen members of their average age of seventeen, is to take over the title.
Pledis set a different strategy whereby the group will make its debut in overseas markets as well as in domestic market rather than making a debut in domestic and advancing to overseas by a conventional strategy.
All the seventeen members will be divided into three units to promote themselves in Korea, China, and Japan. Of course, they include Chinese members for the localization.
On April 26, a representative of Pledis stated, “We’ve been preparing the team to cover China and Japan, as well as Korea for a long time. “
The agency also has a girl group to make a debut earlier in May, which is named Hello Venus.

SNSD-Tae Ti Seo’s new album is a retro style

SNSD’s first unit group Tae Ti Seo are releasing retro dance music.
Tae Ti Seo will release “Twinkle,” the lead track of their first mini-album, on iTunes on April 29. On April 30, all tracks will be released on iTunes, and they will also be released offline on May 2.
Tae Yeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun’s “Twinkle” is a medium tempo dance song of a modern punk soul style. Its arrangement reminds people of the style of Stevie Wonder in the 70s and 80s. The lyrics are straightforward and the three members’ voices are impressive. The distinctive voice of each member characterizes the song.
Tae Ti Seo’s new album includes various genres of music that perfectly suits Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun’s voices.
“Baby Steps,” a medium-tempo R&B song with a classy groove, is about a girl who doesn’t have much courage but tries to approach to people she loves. “OMB (Oh My God)” is an electronic retro pop dance song, accompanied by a vintage yet trendy rhythm.
Total seven songs are listed in the album, including “Love Sick,” which beautifully describes a girl’s first love, and “Good-bye, Hello,” which is about the next day of break-up.
SNSD-Tae Ti Seo will perform “Twinkle” for the first time on Mnet’s M Countdown on May 3.
