SNSD-Tae Ti Seo top the charts with “Twinkle”

SNSD-Tae Ti Seo have topped the weekly charts with their mini-album Twinkle.

Released on May 2, the album ranked first on the weekly charts (from April 30 to May 6) of Hanteo and Yes 24.

The lead track “Twinkle” also ranked first on the weekly charts of such music sites as Mnet, Olleh Music, Soribada, Naver Music, and Daum Music, proving the high popularity of SNSD-Tae Ti Seo.

The music video of “Twinkle,” released on YouTube on April 30, is currently receiving over 8,850,000 hits. On YouTube’s World Charts, the video ranked second on the Most Watched Video of the Week (based on the record on May 6) after Rihanna’s. It also entered the top three of the Most Commented Video, the Most Popular Video, and the Most Searched Video.

SNSD-Tae Ti Seo also attracted the viewers with their great live performance of “Twinkle” on several TV music programs last weekend.

SNSD-Tae Ti Seo’s new album is a retro style

SNSD’s first unit group Tae Ti Seo are releasing retro dance music.

Tae Ti Seo will release “Twinkle,” the lead track of their first mini-album, on iTunes on April 29. On April 30, all tracks will be released on iTunes, and they will also be released offline on May 2.

Tae Yeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun’s “Twinkle” is a medium tempo dance song of a modern punk soul style. Its arrangement reminds people of the style of Stevie Wonder in the 70s and 80s. The lyrics are straightforward and the three members’ voices are impressive. The distinctive voice of each member characterizes the song.

Tae Ti Seo’s new album includes various genres of music that perfectly suits Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun’s voices.

SNSD’s Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun to release a new album in May

The first unit group of SNSD will soon debut.

On April 19, SM Entertainment, SNSD’s agency, announced, “SNSD’s Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun will form a unit group SNSD-Tae Ti Seo and will soon release their first album.”

SNSD’s unit group will change its members according to the music style and concept. It is to highlight the talent of each member of SNSD.

The unit group’s debut album TWINKLE, scheduled to be released on May 2, is composed of various different genres of music that come with Seohyun’s attractive voice and musical talent. Including its music video, the song is already expected to make a hit.
