JYP artists in a practice room without 2PM’s Nichkhun

A picture of JYP artists practicing for JYP Nation was recently released.

In the picture, Park Jin Young, JJ Project, The Wonder Girls, Miss A, and 2PM members are practicing for their joint concert.

In the pictures, 2PM’s Junsu teases the Wonder Girls’ So Hee during the practice for their duet performance, and 2AM’s Seul Ong and 2PM’s Junho are taking a break together at a corner of the practice room.

Park Jin Young takes a picture with Sun Ye (of the Wonder Girls)’s pet and also works on a new song. JJ Project members also seem excited, jumping around in the practice room.

The serious yet friendly looks of JYP artists in the practice room are increasing many people’s expectations in the upcoming JYP concert.

JYP Entertainment says, “All JYP artists are practicing hard for their joint concert. There will be more things to watch and more surprising performances this year. Please look forward to them.”

JYP Nation will be held at the Gymnastics Arena in Olympic Park on August 4.

2PM’s Nichkhun has an accident while driving under the influence

2PM’s Nichkhun will undergo an additional investigation by the police because of an accident he had while driving under the influence of alcohol.

According to a report from the Gangnam Police Station on July 24, Nichkhun ran into a motorcycle that was entering an intersection from his right while he was driving his Volkswagen at around 2:45 a.m. on July 24.

Because of this accident, the motorcycle rider, a Mr. Park, was injured and taken to the Konkuk University Medical Center. It’s been revealed that Nichkhun was driving with a blood alcohol-content level of 0.056%, which could lead to the revocation of his driver’s license.

According to the police, Nichkhun decided to deal with the motorcycle rider through insurance and was sent home after a two-hour investigation. At the investigation, Nichkhun admitted that he had been drinking and regretted his wrongdoing.

However, the police will summon Nichkhun again to investigate the exact cause of the accident.

The official in charge, from the traffic investigation division at the Gangnam Police Station, reported, “When the accident occurred, Nichkhun wasn’t very drunk, because the concentration of alcohol in his blood was only 0.056%, but he will report to the police again for an on-the-spot investigation. We will soon talk to the victim and set a date for the inspection. We’ll investigate this case without detaining him. After finding out the exact cause of the accident, we’ll send the case to the public prosecutor’s office.”

JYP Entertainment, Nichkhun’s agency, says, “After practicing for a JYP concert, Nichkhun had dinner with all the artists from JYP and drank about two glasses of beer. He got into the accident while he was driving back to his place after that. Both Nichkhun and we admit that it happened from carelessness and we apologize for that. If a further investigation is needed, we’ll fully cooperate.”

JYP releases teaser video for JJ Project, “New singer?”

JYP Entertainment started the JJ Project, which will be the most interesting project since the company’s creation.

On May 8, JYP Entertainment released a teaser video to announce the beginning of the project and made countless people curious.

The teaser video portrays a neon slot machine, adorned with the company logo. Group names, including 2PM, 2AM, and Wonder Girls from JYP Entertainment appear and then the letters ‘JJ’ appear before the video ends.

Many people are guessing that ‘JJ’ is name of a new singer. JYP’s jackpot ‘JJ,’ however, is receiving a lot of attention.

A spokesperson for the agency says, “The JJ Project will be the most interesting and fun project in the history of the company. Please pay more attention to the JYP jackpot project.”

JYP warns the person who posts malicious comments about So Hee of Wonder Girls

While So Hee (of Wonder Girls) was suffering from some malicious comments on Twitter, JYP Entertainment, her agency, warned the person who posted the malicious comments to delete them.

To the person who has left malicious comments about So Hee on Twitter since April 7, JYP politely asked to delete the comments at first. However, as he continued to post more malicious comments, JYP eventually posted a warning comment.

On April 8, JYP left a comment on their official Twitter account, “You’re damaging So Hee’s reputation by constantly spreading false information and insulting comments about her on Twitter. If you do not delete the comments, we’ll have to take legal action.”

On April 9, a spokesperson for JYP said, “We told the person to delete all malicious comments that he posted. If he doesn’t delete them, we’ll accuse him of the violation of the law on utilization of information network system and information protection and of contempt.”

However, this person keeps ignoring the warning with such comments as, “If you want to sue me, do so!” “I’m not going to delete the comments,” “You have no rights to threaten me like that!”
