Super Junior’s Choi Siwon graduates from Inha University


Super Junior’s Choi Siwon was captured wearing a graduation cap at a graduation ceremony.
On the afternoon of February 24, Siwon uploaded a picture and tweeted, “I will go out to the world with bigger dreams.”
In the picture, Siwon is wearing a graduation cap and holding his diploma.
Netizens commented: “Happy graduation!” “To the world!”
Super Junior’s Ryeowook and Choi Siwon who majored in Department of Theater and Film, graduated from Inha University on February 24.

CNBLUE successfully finishes their live Japanese Tour


CNBLUE successfully finished their live Japanese tour.
Previously on February 1, CN BLUE released their second major single “Where You Are”, held a live Japanese tour and met with the fans.
Starting with Osaka on February 13, CN BLUE toured around Nagoya, Tokyo and Yokohama where they performed in 2009 as an indie band.
The tour that was held in clubs that they previously performed as an indie band, attracted many fans attention. It is said that many fans competed to get the tickets for CN BLUE’s tour concerts.
After the tour, CN BLUE revealed, “Performing 9 concerts, we thought back to our old times when we were an indie band and were grateful for all the attention and love from our fans. We will work harder to make better music.”
In this tour, CN BLUE received explosive responses by performing 12 songs live including their major single, “In My Head” and other hit songs such as “Voice” and “Just Please.”
Currently, CN BLUE is preparing for their new album and on this coming March, CN BLUE will hold a first-joint concert with F.T Island in L.A.

Miss A now dancing in a see-through costume



Girl group Miss A has taken off their “bandage” costumes and showed up in see-through dresses.
On February 24, Miss A gave passionate performances of “Over You” and “Touch” on KBS 2’s Music Bank.
The girls did not appear in their previous “bandage” costume, but instead, they chose to wear mini-dresses, appealing a pure image.
Their new see-through mini-dresses projected both sexy and innocent look, fluttering male fans’ hearts.
The performance became even more spectacular as roseleaves fluttered in the air during the second half of the song.
Miss A’s “Touch” is composed by Park Jin Young and the lyrics talk about a woman beginning a new love in the pain of broken heart.

Last day “Water Game” Special at SS4 Singapore!


In commemoration of their final day of their SUPER SHOW 4 CONCERT in Singapore, on 19 February 2012,the Super Junior boys played with the water fountain that was used as their stage effects.
Starting with the belated-birthday boy Siwon, and pulling in other members to join him, the boys were fully sprayed with water for about 20 seconds before it ends. Notably, the audience went wild for Donghae, Henry, Yesung, Leeteuk, Sungmin, Shindong to do the same, and some wearing white shirts, making their clothes transparent.

B1A4 stands for “Be the One All for One”


B1A4 clarified the meaning of their group name.
In the episode of SBS TV’s Challenge! 1000 Songs that aired on February 24, B1A4 made a guest appearance and gave a short interview.
Host Lee Hui Jae asked if B1A4 had a meaning, and B1A4 said, “It stands for ‘Be the One All for One.’ It means we’ll try our best as everyone wishes.”
B1A4 also said they had recently been selected as the most promising K-pop star of 2012 by 270,000 people from all over the world. Lee asked Gongchan, “Gongchan seems like he’s never heard of this,” and Gongchan said, “Yes, I didn’t know about that.”
In the episode, Noh Sa Yeon, Kim Jin Ah, Kim Su Keun, Ahn Yeon Hong, Lee Yong, Lee Hye Ri, Park Jun Hyung, Yoon Sung Han, and B1A4(Sandeul, Jinyoung, Gongchan, and Shinwoo) made a guest appearance.

Recently on an online community board, picture titled, ‘Jessica’s recent pictorial that lengthened her legs 1.5 times’ was uploaded.
Jessica’s long and shapely legs in the pictorial attract attention. However, the picture that the fans actually took portrays her legs relatively shorter and the picture itself is not as clear and fancy as the pictorial.
Jessica’s legs look different when taken from different camera angles. The pictorial picture was taken from the bottom, making her legs look longer. However, the other picture was taken from the top.

A sample of Big Bang G-Dragon’s own written song “Bad Boy” has been revealed


Five member group Big Bang revealed a sample of their new song before their comeback.
On the morning of February 25, YG Entertainment uploaded an advertisement of Big Bang’s “Bad Boy” on their official blog.
Sitting on a chair in a recording studiom, G-Dragon is shaking his body with the beat of “Bad Boy.” His fashion especially attracted attention.
“Bad Boy” is a collaboration work between G-Dragon and Choice 37, and G-Dragon wrote the lyrics for the song. “Bad Boy” is a medium tempo song that has addictive melodies.
Big Bang will release their fifth mini album Alive on February 29, and will perform their songs at their concert Big Show that will be held on March 2 and 3. That concert will be the first performance of Big Bang’s world tour, Big Bang Alive Tour 2012.
Previously on February 17, YG selected six songs: “Blue” “Bad Boy” “Love Dust” “Fantastic Baby” “Boring” and “Wings” as title songs from their fifth mini album.
This is such an unprecedented case in the music industry. With this drastic and bold approach, Big Bang plan to make their music more known in many new promotional events and different approaches.

Recently, pictures of Yoona were posted on an online community website with the caption, “A collection of Yoona,” showing her various look from her everyday life.
One of the photos caught netizens’ eyes, in which she in a lovely pose at a beach. Yoona, in a sleeveless-shirt, serves up a big smile. Thanks to her radiant appearance, the photo looks like a pictorial.

Check out a duet performance of Se7en and 2NE1′s Park Bom


2NE1’s Park Bom recently made a surprise joint performance with Se7en.
Park and Se7en sang a duet with the song “When I Can’t Sing” on the episode of SBS’s Inkigayo that aired on February 26.
Park threw a fantastic, pathetic performance with Se7en, which fits his song’s lyrics, while wearing a white mini-dress.
A source from YG said, “Park Bom liked ‘When I Can’t Sing’ as soon as she heard the song. She made a special effort and took out her time to practice the performance despite 2NE1’s hectic schedule.”
Previously Se7en threw a collaborated performance with song “When I Can’t Sing” with the song’s composer Park Jin Yong, a representative of JYP Entertainment.

The reality show star John Park dominates the Hanter Chart


John Park seems to be enjoying some limelight for his increasing album sales.
The reality show star topped the Hanter Chart on February 26, which is a site counting album-sales.
A source from his agency said, “About 13,000 copies of his album were sold out in a single day of February 24, so we’re producing more copies of it now. Some of record shops said they had to use quick-service couriers to clear back orders because the album was sold out so quickly.”
The knockout, who released the mini-album, Knock, ranked many of his songs from the album, including the title, “Falling,” “Good Day” “The Song” and others in the upper tier on various music charts.
It is evaluated by music fans that his debut album is of a high quality and has unique features that are different from current trend, which is dominant on K-Pop charts.
John Park created an issue last April when he signed up a contract with Music Farm, an agency, which many famous singers belong to, including Kim Dong Ryul, Lee Sang Soon, Jo Won Sun, and others.
Park threw a performance on the episode of KBS2’s Music Bank that aired on February 24, and caught female fans’ hearts with beautiful voice and look.

T-ara organizes a concert and a event for the commencement of their fan club this July



Celebrating the third year since their debut, T-ara is organizing a mega-scale concert and an event for the commencement of their fan club.
On February 26, Kim Kwang Su, the representative of Core Contents Media, T-ara’s agency, stated, “Early this July, an event for the commencement of T-ara fan club and new album release are scheduled. Also, we’re planning to hold a mega-scale concert, in celebration of T-ara’s three-year anniversary later the July.”
The representative caused a sensation by making T-ara one of the hottest girl group in K-Pop with the big hit dance moves, including kitty dance of “Bo Peep Bo Peep,” retro dance of “Roly-Poly,” shuffle dance of “Lovey-Dovey,” and others, and is now endeavoring to make another hit. Credited these efforts of his, Kim won Best Producer with the song “Roly-Poly” in the Gaon Chart K-Pop Award.
The dazzling six-member group recently closed promoting “Lovey-Dovey” in Korea, and is getting ready to release Roly-Poly in Japan.

TVXQ will broadcast their concert in Japan for free



TVXQ will hold a charity concert for the Japanese who have suffered from the Tsunami.
According to one of the biggest Japanese music site, Oricon Style on February 24, TVXQ will broadcast their concert for free at a theater located at the damage stricken district in Japan on March 10.
TVXQ revealed, “We are holding this event in hopes to give happiness to those who have suffered from this tragedy in Japan.”
Many local residents and students will be invited. TVXQ’s concert will be broadcast on March 10 in Japan.
Previously on January 18, TVXQ started their tour from Yokohama Arena. This concert have attracted more than 550,000 people and received good reviews.
