JJ Project to Open Wonder Girls Concert in Singapore!

It has just been announced that the good-looking duo JJ Project, will be special guests for the upcoming Wonder Girls concert in Singapore. The Wonder World Tour will be held in 5 countries with Singapore being one of the stops. Held on 8 September 2012 at Resorts World Sentosa, it is a full-blown concert. Dubbed as the upgraded Beyonce, Wonder Girls have made it big in both Asia and US music charts.

JJ Project will be the opening act, and will perform 2-3 songs. They debuted in May full of energy with the upbeat song ‘Bounce’. Made up of 2 members, J.B(Yim Jae-Beom) and Jr.(Park Jin-Young) are no stranger to many as they were casted in the popular drama Dream High 2. They also had their very own reality series called ‘Real JJ Project‘that reveals their pre-debut days. Check out the music video for ‘Bounce’ as it gets you grooving to the beat.

Miss A cheering for JJ Project and Park Jin Young

Recently, Miss A’s Jia posted a picture with JYP Entertainment family.

On June 1, Jia tweeted the picture and commented, “Although it’s a bit late, we came here to see return performance of our producer and JJ Project’s debut stage~ Sorry for being late! Looking forward to great performances! ^^”

Miss A’s Suzy, Jia, and Fei are spotted at the center looking at the camera with bright smiles. JJ Project’s JB and Jr. are posing on the left with nervous smiles before their debut performance. Park Jin Young, the producer of both groups, is standing on the right to leave a photo with his singers before his comeback stage.

JJ Project is currently busy performing “Bounce” while Park Jin Young returned to TV with the song “You’re The One” after taking two years off.

JJ Project gives debut performance on M Countdown

New big group JJ Project will appear on M Countdown for their debut performance.

JJ Project, the most popular project from JYP Entertainment, drew a lot of attention by releasing a teaser video. Then they released their album on May 20 and a music video for the title song received over a million hits on YouTube only 2 days after its release.

The music video for the title song “Bounce” was released on May 20 and ranked first in 4 categories on Korean YouTube: Top Favorite Videos, Most Viewed Videos, Most Liked, and Most Discussed Videos. It also ranked high in several categories on worldwide YouTube: 4th in Top Favorite Videos, 10th in Most Viewed Videos, 7th in Most Discussed Videos, and 4th in Most Liked.

The group will capture the public’s attention by giving more powerful and exciting performances on the stage and will activate the release of endorphin and energy.

JJ Project says, “We are very excited to perform on TV for the first time. We will do our best to give a wonderful performance so that we can thank the people who payed a lot of attention to our music and debut. We will try hard to please everyone.”

JJ Project ranks high with their title song “Bounce”

JJ Project, the new group from JYP Entertainment, recently made a good start.

The group released their debut single on May 20 and ranked high on several Korean music sites. They ranked 10th on the iTunes Top Dance Albums chart.

Their debut single includes three songs, including, the title song “Bounce,” “Hooked,” and “Before This Song Ends.”

Singer and producer Park Jin Young wrote the melodies and lyrics for the song, which is a hiphoptronica, a combination of rock, hip hop and electronica.

A spokesperson for the agency says, “Group members are also happy to hear the news that their song ranked high and ranked 10th on the iTunes chart. They are working hard preparing for their debut performance so please pay a lot of attention to the JJ Project.”

JJ Project will appear in the May 24 episode of Mnet’s M Countdown.
