T-ara top the charts with a large-scale music video of “Day By Day”

T-ara topped the Gom TV’s real-time music chart with a music video of their new song “Day By Day” in only thirty minutes after the video was released.
On July 3 at noon, T-ara released the music video of “Day By Day” on the video-sharing site Gom TV. The music video is 16 minutes long; however, it received over 7,000 hits on the site in only thirty minutes after it was released and topped the real-time music chart.
People are showing their interest in the music video with such comments as: “It’s good. The song is awesome.” “T-ara always entertain us with this type of thing to watch.”
As a science fiction genre, this music video is about a ruined future city in 2333. In terms of computer graphic and many other parts, it shows that it’s a large-scale music video. Including Hyomin and Jiyeon, T-ara members are dressed like female warriors of the future with outfits and hairstyles that are quite sensational. Dani, the ninth member of T-ara, is also appearing in the video, portraying an innocent, sad girl.
The music video increased many people’s curiosity as it ended with a scene of Hyomin waking up again in six years after she lost her consciousness after she was stabbed by a gang led by Jiyeon. Because Eunjung, who appeared in its teaser video, isn’t appearing in the full version, many people are also curious about her role.
The music video also includes a behind-the-scenes video of the members having fun on the set.
Directed by Cha Eun Taek, the famous music video director, it includes “Day By Day,” composed by the famous composers Jo Young Soo and Kim Tae Hyun and written by Ahn Young Min, and “Don’t Leave Me.”
T-ara will give the first performance of “Day By Day” on MBC TV’s Show! Music Core on July 7. Areum, the eighth member of T-ara, will also be part of the group from the day. T-ara’s official fan club Queens will hold its inauguration ceremony at the Peace Hall at Kyunghee University on July 14.
