Big Bang’s G-Dragon says, “The sexy back in the music video is not mine”



Big Bang’s G-Dragon recently revealed a secret about the music video of his new song, “Crayon.”
In the episode of KBS 2FM’s Yoo In Na’s Raise the Volume (89.1 MHz), which aired on September 19, G-Dragon made a guest appearance. It was the first guest appearance he made as a solo singer in three years.
In the episode, G-Dragon talked about his new album released after a three-year absence. He also talked about a behind-the-scenes story about the music video of “Crayon,” in which he appeared, dressing up like a girl.
G-Dragon said, “I was going to shoot my back, but my back didn’t look good in a girl’s dress. The sexy back in the music video is actually not mine.”
He also got laughs saying, “The face is mine, but the body is not.”
G-Dragon released a new EP, “One of a Kind,” on September 15 and performed the song for the first time on September 16 on SBS TV’s Inkigayo.

Big Bang’s G-Dragon has made his solo comeback for the first time in over three years. As he always surprises his fans with his unconventional fashion style, he appeared on SBS’s Inkigayo after dying his hair pink and blue. He will show off his different looks through his new songs “One of a Kind,” “That XX,” and “Crayon.”
◇ Free-spirited “One of a Kind”
The song “One of a Kind,” which is written by G-Dragon, drew a lot of attention with its honest lyrics even before the EP release. It includes strong hip-hop beats and the music video for the song features hip-hop warrior G-Dragon. He is wearing black clothes with bold accessories and a reggae permed blond hair, which complements the free-spirited G-Dragon.
◇ Two different men “That XX”
The r-rated song “That XX” received considerable attention among the public. In the music video for the song, G-Dragon portrays two different men: a man who lost his girl and the one who took the girl away. G-Dragon did a good job portraying the sad man in a white shirt and jacket.
He drew eye-lines and slicked his hair back to describe the bad man. Various accessories and tattoos made him look manly and powerful.

Big Bang’s G-Dragon releases a new song



Big Bang’s G-Dragon will release a new song.
On September 18, a spokesperson for G-Dragon reported, “G-Dragon’s new song, ‘Light It Up,’ will be included in his new EP, ‘One Of A Kind,’ which will be released offline on September 18. It’s specially included in the album as a bonus track.”
This song is a special song, which will only be included in G-Dragon’s offline EP. It’s a hip-hop song with hard-hitting lyrics, written by G-Dragon.
G-Dragon has classified this song as a bonus track. Tablo and rapper Gonzo were featured in the song as rappers.
G-Dragon introduced the song as, “a song that will make you excited. It can be a message to a specific person or something that you want to tell the world. It’s like a spell. I think my songs reflect my life.”
G-Dragon recently shot an episode of MBC TV’s Infinite Challenge. The episode will air for two weeks from September 29.
G-Dragon’s offline EP contains a total of seven songs, including “One Of A Kind,” “That XX,” “Eventually,” “Missing You,” and “Light It Up.”
The lead track is “Crayon.” It’s a compound word of “Crazy” and “Jiyoung (G-Dragon’s real name),” which means “Crazy On” and “Jiyoung who is crazy about music.” Under the concept of Let’s Go Crazy Together, his new songs are even more intense than the previous ones.
G-Dragon performed his new songs for the first time on SBS TV’s Inkigayo on September 16. Showing off an intelligent, chic look in a preview video, which announced his comeback, in the September 9 episode, he performed “Crayon” and “One Of A Kind” in the September 16 episode.
G-Dragon released his first solo album, Heartbreaker, in mid-August, 2009. The album was one of the best-selling albums in Korea.

Big Bang’s G-Dragon picked as the most Gangnam-styled man



Big Bang’s G-Dragon is a real Gangnam-styled man.
Music Site, Monkey 3 started a survey on August 23 that ran until 29 asking, “Who is the most Gangnam-styled man among stars?” G-Dragon, who is drawing a lot of attention with his song “That XX” ranked first with a score of 18 percent (63 of 348 votes).
Those who chose him as a real Gangnam-styled man commented, “Since Gangnam style stems from a stylish fashion, fashionista G-Dragon is the best.” “I think G-Dragon works hard and plays hard too.”
So Ji Sub, who appeared in the soon to be released movie A Company Man, took second place with 18 percent of the votes. Other celebrities like Jang Dong Gun, Jang Keun Suk, Won Bin, and Song Seung Hun followed respectively.
The music site is currently doing a survey with male celebrities, including, Lee Sun Kyun, Sung Si Kyung, Seo In Guk, Song Joong Ki, and Lee Byung Hun, asking, “Who has the sweetest voice to read a book?
