B.A.P beats out Super Junior for first place on Taiwanese music chart

Group B.A.P recently ranked first on K-pop album chart of Taiwanese G-Music with their first EP No Mercy.
G-Music is one of the biggest album retailers in Taiwan and it covers almost 60 percent of the Taiwanese music market and collects on and offline album sales.
On July 19, B.A.P released their EP and ranked first at the same time. Even though they have never visited Taiwan and never released any Taiwanese album, it is very rare that the new EP ranked first as an imported album.
In addition, the group pushed Super Junior, who is the most popular group in Taiwan, and their EP Sexy, Free & Single into second place.
According to the chart, B.A.P is followed by Super Junior, T-ara, Jang Woo Young, Kim Hyun Joong, and B2ST. B.A.P’s second single Power also entered the Top 10 list and proved their high popularity.
The group also showed off their power in the music industry by ranking first on the 8TV Nite Live K-pop chart in Malaysia.
B.A.P started keeping busy by performing “No Mercy” through M Countdown. They will appear on Music Bank,Music Core, and Inkigayo to meet the public.
