Big Bang will go on a Chinese tour for the first time


Idol group Big Bang, composed of 5 members, will go on a Chinese tour for the first time in 6 years of their debut.
Big Bang will hold their first concert in Shanghai, China, on July 21 and they will hold another concert in Guangzhou on July 28. They will also meet Chinese fans by holding a concert in Beijing on August 4.
The Chinese tour is a part of the group’s world tour and it is the first Chinese tour for the group after they debuted in summer of 2006. Big Bang announced their Chinese tour on their official Weibo (Chinese Twitter) and received considerable attention from local fans.
On June 29, Big Bang’s agency, YG Entertainment, said, “This is the first time for the group to perform in China. Big Bang will give great performances through the Chinese tour.”
Big Bang started touring world by holding a concert in Seoul early in March and they recently finished touring Japan successfully.
After touring China, the group will hold concerts in Singapore on September 28, Bangkok, Thailand on October 6 and 7, Jakarta, Indonesia on October 13, Taipei, Taiwan on October 20 and 21, Manila, the Philippines on October 24, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on October 27, and Hong Kong on December 8.
The group will continue touring the world by holding their exclusive concerts in California, the United States on November 3 and in New Jersey on November 9.
Big Bang will also hold their concert in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Lima, Peru but they haven’t set the exact date. The group will also hold their concert in Europe during the winter.
The group will hold concerts in Osaka, Japan on November 23 and in Tokyo on December 5.
