Super Junior’s Choi Si Won recently signed a contract to become the new charismatic model for Caffe Latte, a bottled coffee product from Maeil Dairy Corporation, SN Entertainment announced on May 17.
The representative of the corporation stated, “Choi has been chose to be out new model because his image with pan-Asian popularity suits the image of our company. We expect his dominant yet sweet image will represent the product well.”
Marked by Choi’s modeling, Caffe Latte is set to conquer the bottled coffee market with the fierce marketing strategy. The product, which has already been enjoying the dominant position, is ready to reconfirm its number one spot.
Reportedly, Choi showed really nice and polite attitude on the set for the commercial, which was recently shot. Despite the hectic schedule with Super Junior’s world tour and shooting Chinese series, the mega star didn’t give up serving up bright smile and even gave a lively boost to the crew members on the set.
On May 14, Choi became the first Korean to top a staggering two million followers on tweet, confirming his and Super Junior’s formidable popularity.
The TV commercial for Café Latte is to begin air on later in May, behind-the-stage clips, interviews, photo gallery, and others are to be released on the company’s webpage.
