B2ST aims to rank first for four weeks in a row

Group B2ST will return to performing after a long time.
On July 20, B2ST attended the preview of the music video for their new EP in Seoul and talked about their feelings on the new EP.
Yong Jun Hyung said, “The EP is like a war. We changed our music style because we wanted to do what we feel confident in. We will enjoy performing the new songs without any regrets.”
The charismatic B2ST will show off a new side of their personality through this new material.
The title song “Beautiful Night” is a dramatic electro-synth pop-style song of a kind that the group has never performed before. New songwriter team, Good Night-Sleep Well, wrote the song to give the group a new feel.
When Jang Hyun Seung was asked about their goal with the EP, he replied, “We’ve received a triple crown with the last EP but we want to rank first for four weeks in a row. I don’t cling to prizes but I want the EP to be worthy.”
B2ST recently released a track list for their fifth EP. The new EP includes six songs, which are totally different from the group’s previous songs. Songwriter Sinsa-dong Tiger, who has written many hit songs for the group, Yong Jun Hyung, Rado, Choi Kyu Sung, and Good Night-Sleep Well worked on the new songs.
Yong participated on five of the six songs. He wrote the lyrics for “Midnight,” “It’s Not Me,” and “When I Miss You,” and he wrote the songs “The Day You Rest” and “Dream Girls.”
Lee Gi Kwang said, “We worked hard for our fans who have been waiting for us. We did our best to show a different side of us.”
B2ST will release the new EP on July 22.
